Needed assistance on how to retrieve a "reward" number. Contacted on line customer assistance, my contact was Monica. Monica was so very helpful in generating this reward number, making my purchase much simpler. My thanks to the efficiency of Allivet's customer assist program.

I realized when I was getting ready to go on vacation that I didn't have enough prescription medication for my dog. It was too late to order it for my home so I had Allivet send it to the address where I was staying. I didn't realize the house I was staying didn't have a mail box so the post office sent it back to Allivet. I called Allivet to let them know what happened and they sent me a new order and expedited shipping so I received the medication the following day. I call that dedication to the cause! Thank you Allivet!
