They used to be a great company. Not anymore. I was lied to 5 x about people calling in a script needed immediately for animals. I have had this same vet for over 17 years and she was ALWAYS reachable So total lie when they said they could not reach a person at the vet office, shame on this company! Lazy and HORRIBLE!! It was easier to cancel the order, because trying to get someone to do anything is a full time job for the client. Also, on the same order, they originally sent authorization to wrong vet , that was THEIR mistake. For the sake of the integrity of your company you need someone in charge to take charge and get rid of this problem!

Great prices and had everything I wanted!!

My dog's pain meds had been on back-order at another pharmacy for almost 2 weeks and my friend recommended Allivet. They had it in stock and I used the chat function to see if they would be able to transfer the prescription. I was told I could in the order process. I could not. So again, the chat agent said that he would handle it for me, which I thought was great, I gave him all the information and he had me wait, said it was taken care of, and I was under the impression he had taken care of it. I check 5 days later, it still says Rx pending. I contact them again and I get a song and dance about how they will escalate it and give me overnight shipping blah blah blah and escalate it with their pharmacy. After this escalation, still nothing happened. In the meantime, I called the pharmacy again, and got someone who managed to figure out a way to creatively fill the prescription for my dog so that we can keep him comfortable. I did customer service for over 20 years.....do not lie to me, and if you say you are going to do something. Do it.

I got an email telling about sale on Seresto Collar. I thought it was a great buy even though my dog will not need one for a few months. I appreciate their sharing this sale price with me. I save quite a bit of money by buying two. I have always had a positive experience when shopping with Allivet
