AllivetReviews of allivet.com

Ordered pet medication, Allivet sent 6 fax notifications to our vet, our vet approved after first notification and called after 4th notification. Called and was told medication was approved and would ship, "stock" medication never shipped and they were happy to cancel the order. It was obvious they priced medication very low and in a package qty no one else offers and then could not fulfill the order. Now not taking hold off of credit card for days.

Worst customer service ever. Do not order prescription med. If you want your prescription filled. They charge your acct. With out sending meds. Customers service is horrible . Had to cancel travel because could not get motion sickness meds for my dog. Went to pet meds and had no problem.

I have ordered from them a few times before, always pleased. Same this time. Ordered Monday, received Wednesday. Of course from Florida to Georgia isn't far, but still. They shipped same day I ordered. Did not show it shipped but not really shipped for a few more days like so many vendors do. I love these guys!

My dog has seizures, without medicine, she will seizure for days. Allivet emailed and told me her medicine was on backorder and they don't know when it'll be in. My dog is old and can possibly die without this and they don't know when they can send it to me? No thanks, moving on to someone who can actually send it on time.

first time buyer, Im happy with my purchases .first order was cancelled on me but i tried again, left for vacation to florida. recieve my items when i returned, my fish an dog will be happy.

Don’t give them your credit card number!! They didn’t even send the medication they kept charging my credit card. I have to call my Credit card to cancel the transaction. When I call these people they were very rude.

I will never again order from this company. I purchased my dogs meds and when they couldn’t get the script from the vet they canceled my order but kept my money. I’ve been fighting with them to get my money for 2 weeks now. They tell me call my bank. I do not need to call my bank. They need to release my funds back to me.

We're happy with them. Only issue I've had is one time I had to follow up several times when there was a disconnect in the prescription procurement process with my vet which resulted in a one week delay of receiving our Bravecto.
