Hi Lori, We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. We reached out to you by email to review the terms and conditions associated with the gift certificate. On our end, the terms provided state that it cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. In an effort to resolve your concerns, our supervisor offered to make a one-time exception and honor the gift certificate with your promotion, but we understand you chose not to accept that resolution. We appreciate your many years as a customer and regret that this experience has impacted your trust in us. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
