Received my product very fast consideringI had to mail my written prescription. Communication was great. I was made aware when they received my prescription and when it was mailed out. Price was a little better than most of the other places I checked into.

We order a prescription product for our dog. The delivery took TWO full weeks for us to obtain the prescription. Multiple phone calls and messages became extremely frustrating. We tried this company one time due to their lower prices but it was NOT worth the aggravation. We will not be using Allivet again.

Hi Michael, We're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it was not knowing the status of your pet's medication. We sincerely apologize for the delay and the concern this caused. After reviewing your order, we confirmed that it was shipped promptly after it was placed. Because the medication is an aerosol product, carrier regulations require it to travel via ground service and it cannot be expedited by air. Unfortunately, while the package was in transit, FedEx reported that it had been damaged and returned it to us before it could be delivered. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we created a replacement order, which shipped within 24 hours and was delivered just a few business days later. We understand how important it is to receive your pet's medication on time, and we regret that circumstances outside of our control affected your original shipment.
