I made an order originally for an equine prescription. They had the vet office information. Long story short, they were horrible in communication and follow up, they didn't give out good information on the prescriptions they has received, they just don't have good customer service. No amount of cheap prices will replace crappy customer service. I have gone with another company that has MUCH better customer service and follow-up!

This is a classic scam. One online ad said 28 cnet per tab for 100 mg Carprofen, but when you go to the website to place an order, is 68 cents - 250% more. Bait & Switch Baby!

Terrible! I put my autoship on hold because my dog was temporarily taken off the meds cause she had pancreatitis. A week later I get an email that they are preparing it for shipment. I emailed that I had put it on hold and they said it was on hold but sent it anyway. Finally when I restarted my shipment I was seeing a different charge on my statement and when I asked they said the price had changed but I could see on the website it had not. Then I asked if the price changed why didn't they notify me and see if I was still going to order it and they just said they didn't know. They are terrible, I never had a problem when it was Walmart pet meds. I cancelled my autoship.

Avoid this company like the plague. Like others, my prescriptions were transferred over from Walmart after Walmart stopped selling pet meds. Every time my AutoShip comes up they have an issue with getting my vet to verify the prescription. Last time I talked with them, they had two of the wrong vets in my account, which is why the prescription couldn’t get verified. They take weeks to ship medication that I need right away. I won’t use them again.

Run from this company. My 1st autoship after leaving walmart was a catastrophe. My $277 order says shipped. Never recieved and when I call they say a label was not created so it never shipped. Kept putting me on hold to contact a supervisor. After 4 holds came back and told me a supervisor would contact me the next business day. I can't sit and wait for a supervisor to possibly call me the next day. I canceled my order but now I have to run down whether or not I was billed for this order. Don't these people realize they are dealing with prescriptions and should be somewhat professional. Not sure who this should be reported to but there has to be a govt agency overseeing companies dealing with pet prescriptions. I haven't done the research so don’t know for sure if you might save a couple dollars using this company but even if you did it is not worth the aggravation.

Two days and meds not shipped. Customer service lied when they tell you they will ship it today and then don't ship. Never again.

I wish I could give 0 stars!! After waiting much longer than 2 to 3 days we received ONE PILL for an rx with instruction to give 1.5 pills daily for a month...ONE PILL!!! WITH 134 REFILLS. Who is checking these orders!! That is NOT what the Rx said!!! "Customer service" could barely speak English and was of NO help. There were NO supervisors to speak with!! I now don't even trust if they are putting the right pills in their orders!!!

I had dealt with this company in the past, but this August (2023) I had a nightmare experience trying to get my dogs heartworm meds. I'll cut to the chase. My Vet's office sometimes lets the phone ring 20 times before they can pick up, and yes, they have a fax number. Allivet's customer service is a misnomer. They provide NOTHING. They pass your concerns onto another department, which you are not allowed to talk to. They will NOT even email you a confirmation that your order is canceled. 16 days wasted trying to buy meds. MY VET authorized permission almost immediately upon receiving a fax. They claimed the fax only covered 1 of my dogs. Pathetic. Also, they claim they are in Miami, but all reps speak with heavy accents that I had trouble understanding.
