Easy to set up autoship, and it worked well enough, but I decided to switch vendors and it was tediously difficult to cancel. Most websites just make you click "cancel" and maybe have an additional "are you sure??" confirmation option. But Allivet makes you call, puts you on hold, connects you to someone to have a conversation about the cancelation then puts you on hold AGAIN to transfer the call to a manager to repeat everything and try to keep your business with a discount. I just wanted to quit the autoship, not discuss it for 5-10 minutes.

If you're pet really needs his meds DO NOT use Allivet. Allicheap should be their name. I wish I'd never heard of them. Took them 2 weeks to get my pets meds (which he no longer needed by the time they never arrived here since on top of everything else they mailed it to the wrong address). Allivet never told me my vet would refuse to confirm either their emails or phone calls. I had to learn that from my vet. Then to make it up they assured me they would overnight vs USPS my order. They didn't. They sent it regular USPS to the wrong address on top of that. Then to make up for that snafu they told me they were giving me a $15 off coupon which didn't work when I tried to use it. I wrote them about all this. They never replied back. Like I said you get what you pay for. Allicheap is my name for them More accurate. Shady bunch.Giant waste of time worth neither the aggravation or frustration I had to endure with them.

I went to my vet on 2/19/24 and they asked me to place my order for an RX for Meloxicam for my toy poodle, and they would approve it once received. I ordered this from Allivet, where I previously ordered my dog prescriptions when it was Walmart Pet RX, with no problems. I received notices that Allivet contacted my Vet SEVEN times with no response from them. However, my vet faxed over the RX on 2/20/24. I called their office on Friday 2/23 and they said they never received it. I informed them that it was sent and expected it to be taken care of. They sent ANOTHER request to my Vet for approval, instead. On Monday, 2/26, I again spoke with a member of Allivet's staff, who was the unfortunate recipient of my distress. My vet AGAIN faxed over the approval AND sent me a copy of the email that was sent to their office. When Allivet's staff member told me that they did not receive it yet again, I emailed them my copy of the email for them to research. The only action that was taken was that they AGAIN sent my vet a request for approval even after the staff member said she would call my vet. After ANOTHER 4 subsequent requests being sent to annoy my Vet, I called and emailed to have my prescription cancelled. I got an email immediately while I was on the phone with an Allivet agent confirming the cancellation. After we hung up, I then got an email with a new invoice for the prescription. You can't make this stuff up!!!

I received the Frontline and HeartGuard every 6 months but when I went to cancel autoship, they make you call. After explaining I want to cancel autoship, I was sent to “shipping department.” This is completely unnecessary and the customer should be able to cancel autoship online. The shipping department kept trying to give more discounts so I wouldn’t cancel autoship. I replied with “Now I’m canceling just because you have kept me on the phone for 11 minutes not letting me cancel.”

Tried them on our next Prescription as pricing is amazing compared to Chewy or 1-800-PETMEDS. My CC was charged immediately and auto email followed about request set to my Vet. Over the next week got more auto emails about 2nd, 3rd, 4th request to vet with no reply. Vet says not getting the requests so called Allivet. English is not main spoken language so difficult to try and get it cleared up. Still not cleared up but last time I use them. Pay more for better customer service...

NOT HAPPY. They operate overseas... so turn around is screwall. My vet sent rx and they do not have it. Bad all around. STAY AWAY.

signed up in june15 2023. was told i had a locked price for 12 months. 2nd shipment on 8.3 23 jumped 20.00. price jumped agan on 1.18. called to ask why and was told price lock is only good for 3 months and my 3 months expired in july. clearly the math and truth is a challenge for them.

I had ordered from this company before without an issue. Ordered a 25 lb. bag of dog food yesterday using the same credit card as in the past. My shipping and billing addresses matched but they sent me a notice saying they didn't. I called to resolve and got a customer service agent on the phone who barely spoke English. She kept asking me to provide an "alternate" phone number and email address. I explained that I only have one phone number and email address and that the shipping and billing address was the same. She wanted to put me on hold so she could "talk to a supervisor". At that point I just canceled the order. I order a lot of things online and have never had something like this occur. Will never try to order from them again. There are plenty of other options out there.
