I have been trying to do business with this company since December. They continue to tell me they called my Vet and the Vet said my dog was not a patient. They continued to delay and I only talked to one smart person during this time. On the 10th of this month I pressed quick reorder button and the e act same problem started again. Even though I had refills they said my Vet does not care for my pet. I just looked and it "looks" like they have mailed 2 orders one reorder and one new order. The quick reorder has taken almost 14 days and I still haven't received it. My dog is 14 years old and has a collapsing trachea, we are experiencing an extremely cold weather and this baby is SUFFERING. I would never recommend this company

THIS COMPANY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANIMAL!!!! They have been filling my prescription for the past 6 months. Autodeliver they were delivering to many so, put that on hold till my meds were close yo running out with my dogs heart meds. I had 1 refill left if I got it before Jan 12th 2024. I called in on Jan 10th 2024. They charged my charge card & said would be here in 1-3 business days. 8 days later they called me while I was running errands. Said they can't get ahold of the vet for refill. I said you already sent my other rx, right? This is for the February Autofil. He said yes. I told him to call me back in a few hours when I was home & we can verify vet phone #. My Vets phone number hasn't changed!! I followed up with a call on Saturday, 2 days later cause I heard nothing. Yasmin informed me that there is no refill that they are waiting for vet to call back!! They blew me off with the 1 refill I had left.. I have the box from the last rx I received.. My dog only has 3 days worth of pills left & its Saturday!! This is HEART MEDS... I Strongly don't reccomend this company for your pet meds!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE ANIMALS OR THEIR MISTAKES MADE!!!!!! BEWARE.......Terrible Service.. they will try to lock you into auto-refill... Awful experience.. Now I will have to go back to my vet with more expenses & hoping I can get an appointment for Monday. 😡🤬😡🤬

I was the Allivet website looking for prescription medication for my dog. I clicked "instant coupon" then entered my email address and phone number. I did not receive a coupon, so I opened a live chat. 20 minutes later, after sending 3 messages with absolutely no response, I finally got a text message with a coupon code. Then, I got a response in the live chat from Aaliyah Frederick acting like she hadn't completely ignored me for 20 minutes before sending that text. My dog's medication is very expensive so I reluctantly decided to see if the coupon savings would be worth giving my business to a company with such terrible customer service, but the code didn't even work!

Very Difficult To Work With Had script on autoship. changed address on their website - but somehow card declined because address was wrong. Called in, it takes "a while" for the address to get updated, so rep manually made change and sent it out. 12 hours later, autoship now has correct address and tries to resend - same medication shipped and billed twice within 24 hours. Incompetent. Had to call early today to cancel the second one. Lots of unnecessary calls because their systems are not working property.

Beware! Terrible company. Terrible policies. I placed an order and requested them to contact my vet for prescription. I am not sure that ever happened. Maybe my vet never sent the prescription. Regardless, there was no follow up from them. No automated reminders. I let it go by for awhile because I didn’t need the medication right away. Fast forward a bit, my dog passed away unfortunately and now I am trying to close all the loops. I requested a refund of the order I never received because obviously I no longer need it. Well they gave a 30 day return policy that they say extends to refunds on orders not received. So guess what, I am out $133 because 30 days went by before I followed up. What a terrible company.

I was getting the prescriptions for my 3 dogs from Allivet via autoship. The quality of the customer service was so poor that I requested to close my account and deleted my credit card information. However, I keep getting emails that my autoship is about to process and there is no way to reply to the emails. The email that they give for customer service gets bounced back. Using this company is not worth the aggravation. I switched to Chewy pharmacy which has excellent customer service.

I was hesitant to order from Allivet because I couldn't find many online reviews. However, my experience was fantastic! They quickly contacted my vet to obtain the prescription and sent the product for delivery. The price was more than 40% lower than I could find it anywhere else, whether online or in person at a vet. With the extra first-time order discount, and auto-ship, it was $100 less. Future auto-ship orders for the product will be about $75 less -- every 5 weeks. I've contacted customer service by telephone and live chat and both times quickly got a real person who actually answered my questions. So, I'm happy and impressed.

Awful! I placed an order over the phone and they neglected to ask for which pet that they had in their system. They picked the first listed and my vet rejected the order for my other pets heart meds. Just received the shipment and it is the wrong medication. Please do not use this provider
