I mailed my dog's Rx to Allivet and, for whatever reason, it took about 10-12 days for it to be received. The Rx was mailed from Ma to Fl with all the correct mailing info. Either the mail delivery system was at fault or it was misplaced at Alivet?

Allivet has been a go-to for me for my dogs medication. I was looking for a particular manufacture for his Cyclosporine and because Allivet has a great selection, I was able to find it with them. I am using Autoship which makes it super easy. My ONLY complaint is my insurance will only process with a paid invoice which I have to call and get after I receive the medication. They do not include a paid invoice with the order. Otherwise great prices and selection.

Allivet provides the medication at $200 less per month than the pharmacy my vet used. The meds come once a month before the last order runs out. And so far, I have gotten the medication every month, whereas the other pharmacy seemed to be out of the medication frequently.

Just love how Allivet is always on top of our pet's auto ships. Their communication with us and our vet is outstanding. We are so grateful for their good customer service which is so hard to find these days. Keep up the good work Allivet! We definitely would recommend Allivet for their services to anyone.

Allivet contacted me right away when my vet would not respond and they kept attempting to contact them on my behalf. I eventually got a paper script and sent it in and by that time, Allivet had already contacted my vet eight times which was absolutely fantastic because they didn’t stop trying. Most places would give up after one or two attempts, but they did not. Very much appreciated!

Allivet has great prices, but they are super slow in getting orders filled and updating information about prescriptions. My vet send an RX over and at least a week later, it still looked like they had no RX. This was for a med that my dog has to have to prevent seizures. It was stressful and this is not the first time that has happened.

Keeps track of time for refill. Refull is smooth and is delivery. Love this service.

After spending $200 for a year's medication, I learned my pup gets a different variation of this medication. A refund/exchange/credit etc was denied but a $15 credit on a new $300 supply of the correct meds was offered. I'm essentially flushing $200 down the toilet, so a 5% discount does not help at all. I will not be using this or any other online pet pharmacy again due to this horrible first time experience of trying to save a little money in these tough times.
