Allivet is the best. They have by far the best Customer Service Team I have ever dealt with. Questions and/or requests are always answered quickly and accurately. It took a minute to get my prescription over from Vetco.I believe they have the wrong fax #. Once I provided this it was a quick and easy experience, Contact/communication was within reason. Fast shipping.

I’ve been using Allivet for all of my dog’s prescriptions for several years now. Their prices are great and they manage everything for me. When I need a refill, they contact my vet and they make sure it is ready before my auto ship is scheduled. I highly recommend them!

I purchased 2 boxes of flea chews for my dogs. They were on sale on the site plus I had 40% off. The total came to about $97. I ordered the meds (money came out of account same day) but they were having issues getting the prescription from my vet. So I decided to mail in the prescriptions. It took about a week and half to 2 weeks(from placing order) for them to ship. The day I received the shipping email, I also noticed that I was charged an extra $23 from the company. Not sure why but I paid the total amount due the day I ordered the meds!
