Great prices and quick shipping

I do not order much from Allivet primarily because I live in Ecuador and have to have it 'muled' to me after having it shipped to someone in Florida. What I do purchase are supplements my dog needs that are not available here in EC. I put the items on a subscription, so I don't forget to reorder and run out. When I get a surplus, it is easy to adjust the shipping time accordingly. I have been pleased with the service, the items needed being available, and the prices are better than the last company I ordered from.

I have been using Allivet for a number of years and the only hiccup I had was when I ordered 2 new disease drug RX that I had been purchasing from another company but on the advice of my vet to change. I was extremely anxious because they are coronary disease drugs that are needed. It was eventually resolved but took a couple of days before the order shipped.April

Not processed orderly. Usually have to contact representative to get order shipped after payment made 4-5 days prior

I am an autoship customer. I earn rewards. However, it requires contacting you to apply those rewards to future purchases. I should not have to do that. It should be automatic.

I chatted with Kirstin who said she forwarded my issue to a pharmacist who would reach out via email within 1 business day. That was on Tuesday. It is now Friday and I have heard from no one.
