t have been using Allivet for our pet's prescription drugs for about the last six months because their pricing was considerably less than our vet's. Their customer service has been the best--friendly, considerate, and efficient--whenever I have needed assistance. With our pet's recent passing (7/14/24), customer service has been helpful with stopping our AutoShip orders and, more importantly, couldn't have been more kind, sympathetic, and caring about the loss of our pet, even sending an immediate email expressing that sympathy. I highly recommend this pharmacy service to anyone for their excellent customer caring/service and fair prices.

The prices are great, they are at least 50% less expensive. Communication is awesome! They let you know when they are contacting your vet and when the prescription was approved and when it shipped.

I emailed customer support to cancel my future orders since my pet no longer eats that food. I received an email response confirming that they were canceling the order, This was a smooth, effortless process and I appreciated that I did not have to do anything further.

The chat wasn’t answered and my issue was not resolved.

The med arrived 4 days late. I was doubled charge from my bank. If I want a copy to dispute its going to cost me $25.00.. The emailing communication was always a day later, but they communicated well.. the phone conversation took so long. The prices are very reasonable. Note: make sure your vetinary faxes a copy of your prescription needed. They don't tell you this on the site, until after your order is placed. I'd rate product, communication very well.
