I have two Shar Pei dogs with allergies and other issues. Autoship is always on time, dependable and affordable. I had used another company and the prices were higher and I found Alivet and will always use them. I have never had a problem with them.

Prices are good & product is fine, but website, specifically Autoship, are unreliable. Customer Service tried to accommodate, but IT couldn’t get it right after weeks of emails, live chats & problem notifications. I gave up & went elsewhere.

Always great service and like the fact they let you know in advance that a shipment is coming or that the Vet needs to update a prescription.

I usually get good service but my last experience was terrible. Despite my vet sending my Rx a couple of times, the pharmacy claimed they didn't get it. When I spoke with the pharmacy staff, they said they would call my vet but they only tried once and gave up when they couldn't get through despite me telling them the importance that my dog get his chemo drugs but that didn't make a difference. They finally received my Rx and expedited my RX on their own dime which is why I gave them a 3 instead of a 1.

I've used Allivet for years and they were very reliable. The past six months or so, my auto delivery account has been a mess. Orders have shown wrong dates, been sent out at the wrong times and one order was duplicated. One really annoying thing is that I can't make desired changes online myself. I have to call.

Thanks for your honesty! We're committed to continuous improvement and look forward to serving you again in the future.
