Great products, dependable service

Prices have gone up a bit on Apoquel which puts it close to what I pay at the Vet, but I like that they deliver on time and stay in constant contact.

We have used Allivet for years. They have quality products, are communicative, and handle our dogs’ prescriptions well! I’ve shopped around and their pricing is the most affordable.

Allivet is so easy to shop at. They reach out to your vet to fill prescriptions. Make it easy to schedule deliveries and change timing regarding them and the customer service has always been a pleasure to work with!

They never contacted my Vet for refill. One week later they blamed the vet but since I am the vet I know they did not contact me. They apologized and promised a 24 hour rush delivery. Meds did not arrive for another 4 days. These meds are life threatning seizure meds!!!!!

Allivet is less expensive than my vet’s online pharmacy with their processing fees they charge for not using their pharmacy. Customer service is excellent. If I ever have a question, they are available, ready to help without having to research on how to contact them. I highly recommend giving them a try.
