i can not explain how this company has any good feedback working with them is a living hell.... they constantly need brand new prescriptions sent to them by mail.....no email or fax....and they loose them 3x before one is found.... then they take a week to fill the order..... they expect the owners to keep going back to the vet to pay for new prescriptions sometimes needing new blood tests... over and over as apaquel is needed every day forever..... they do not care.... they let me dog suffer for 8 days while they kept losing the paperwork....and then needed 3 days to put 100 pills in a bottle... i warn everyone about this company

I have used this company for years for such items as flea medicine, heartworm medicine, etc. They have always been the least expensive of the pharmacies out there. But I will never use this company again. My dog has congestive heart failure and requires several medications to stay alive. Two of these medications that are quite expensive were ordered from Allivet at a very affordable cost. I allowed several days before he was out knowing there could be a vet delay. When I didn’t get a confirmation shipping email within a couple of days I looked to see what the issue was. I assumed it could’ve been my veterinary office, but it was not. They simply had not shipped the products. This was a Friday. When I called them, they said that there was no one at the facilities over the weekend and the medication would not ship until Monday. I am shocked that these people have the lives of animals in their hands selling medications that are life and death for our loved ones but they do not have any workers over the weekends. This is a retail establishment and they don’t do weekends! now I get a message saying the product just shipped today and will not arrive until Friday. My dog has been without his medication for four days and now will have to wait another three days. Completely unacceptable and they will never get a dime of my business again. I would rather pay full price at my veterinarians office than to make my dog struggle to breathe because of this unprofessional, unethical business.

I originally started ordering only eye drops from Allivet a while ago as it is much cheaper and for a larger amount than what my vet offers. Once my dog ended up with a kidney injury and requires SubQ fluids for the rest of his life, I searched for affordable options. I originally started by placing an order with Chewys, but their process took forever to clear a prescription, even though my vet sent it in. After waiting two weeks and having to pay $90 for a bag of fluids (which is ridiculous vets charge that), I reached out to Allivet support and they immediately jumped into action and express shipped the fluids and accessories. I now know that Allivet goes above and beyond to ensure my dog has everything he needs regarding medical supplies. I also recommend this company to all the dog groups I am in for diabetic dogs and dogs with kidney disease. Thank you so much for being such an incredible company and having an amazing team.

I find Allivet convenient and right on time with my set up deliveries. I also find the prices cheaper than the Vet's.

Knowledgeable about all products and reasonably priced.

This has been an ongoing problem for years for me. Allivet sends an email copy of a receipt when an order is shipped. This receipt only provides the charged amount. It does not show the payment and zero balance. Pet insurance companies want a receipt detailing payment receipt and zero balance. I have asked repeatedly for this feature with no results. I am tired of having to make a call to Allivet and requesting email copy of the invoice detailing payment. I am looking for new pet pharmacy that provides what pet insurance companies need for claims.
