The site states 1-3 days. What they don't tell you until you inquire about tracking info is that it takes them 24-48 "Business Hours" to grab the product and print a shippining label. Then it can take another day for them to bother with delivering the package to USPS. So, my order took 8 days. And my pet was without allergy medicine and suffering. I was told, through their online chat, when i voiced my concerns after 2 days had passed since my order, without a shipping notification, that my order would be expoedited and shipped fed ex. When i called the next day to check on tracking, they did find that note on my account, but nobody actually did it, and i was then told it would be sent via usps and that "processing" could take another 24-48 "Business "Hours". They then stated that this is their standard and that my order was "On Time". This is unnacceptable service in this day and age. Do not use this vendor if you expect current service expectations.

Anytime I have to speak with customer service, they are the kindest customer service agents that I have EVER worked with. They have always helped me really quickly and the whole experience is pleasant.

This is a terrific company for ordering pet meds at a fair price. It's a challenging business, because they have to get prescription approvals from busy vets. They have improved customer service over the last two years and are very helpful and responsive when problems occur. I strongly recommend Allivet.

Easy and cost savings

The prices have been consistently good and the customer service is great! Unfortunately my dog got sick and had to be put down. I had already received my autoship . I called customer service and they credited the charges back to my card right away !

excellent customer service and products

They reached out to get my dog's prescription via fax only and it caused a delay in shipping my dogs medication because my vet doesn't have a fax. It's 2024, get with the times! Email should be the first step!
