Easy to find and order pet meds with best prices. Took 9 days from order to receipt due to a delay in getting the prescription from my vet specialist and the weekend. Contacted customer support to check on status a week later. They were very helpful and had just received the prescription and processed my order. It arrived as promised.

Customer service is incredibly incompetent. It's almost hard to believe it could be this bad. I placed 1 order and an auto ship and nothing was right. 4 phone calls and 6 emails later and I decided to stay away from this company. They are a complete mess! In the end, I paid more than I should have because it wasn't worth my time trying to explain over and over again the problem. Stay away!!!

Allivet has always done a great job for me and my pup. They notify you before they ship so you can make Changes. Prices are fair and they notify my vet for any new prescription.

Order was exactly as described. Arrived in a timely matter. Well packaged. Great product for extending the life of an older FIV kitty thats looseing too much weight. May not gain weight but slows down the loss.
