AllivetReviews of allivet.com

ALLIVET is a FRAUDULENT SCAM OPERATION!! DO NOT GIVE ALLIVET YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO !!! Allivet is subject to HUNDREDS of complaints about fraudulent billings, shipping of unordered products, price changes, "customer service" promising the world and never delivering, etc. etc. AVOID PROBLEMS!!!! AVOID ALLIVET !!!!! --=--=--=-- My reply to Allivet's reply: In ALLIVET's reply below, they have "copy-pasted" their usual nonsense -- phone calls are fruitless as one is shifted from department to department, made false promises, yet the unauthorized and supposedly "cancelled" auto-ships CONTINUE TO ARRIVE at random intervals. "Chats" are ridiculous as one is "chatting" with a very low IQ bot. "Emails" are never replied to. ALLIVET is pure FRAUD -- through and through!

You never answered my question. You sent e-mail after e-mail to me and my vet.I cancelled my subscription because of all this.

I was able to place information over the phone, as my 74 yo hands don't work as well as they used to w/ all this digital devilry. Customer rep was very thoughtful.

Ordered prescription on Oct. 2nd. Vet called them twice to authorize meds (Oct 3rd & Oct 5th.) I explained my dog needed meds asap. On Oct. 7th, they offered free 2-day ship via Fed Ex. Great way to save the day, so I thought! Later got an email that UPS will be delivering on the 11th! Called them again - to no avail - to emailed them about my concerns. Their response? "It is entirely my pleasure! Thank you for choosing us for your pet's needs!" WT????? Ugh!

Communication was terrible

Prices are good. But unbelievable website when it comes to checking out as it practically ensnares you to autoship what you've purchased. Just unbelievable. No other site/app I've ever used does this.

I was a customer for 4 years and was always very satisfied with the service. Upon hearing of the death of my dog Angel, I received a beautiful email expressing their condolences. In addition, they issued me a full refund of a recent order because I wouldn't be able to use it. To me that was above and beyond what was necessary, They will get my business in the future.

you look out for my fur baby and I know you do everything to help me
