Vet visit to receiving scrip was 2 wks
I saw my vet on New Years Day (yes they were open), I will not be giving my sweet girl her first pill until January 14th. So the vet clearance and the time it takes Allivet to prep and ship prescription USPS slow boat, it will be two weeks before your sweet dog gets any relief. Plan accordingly.

Allivet has made getting my pet meds a breeze
I was reluctant at first to use an online platform for my dogs meds. Allivet has totally changed my opinion! Super easy, competitive pricing, fast shipping and they do everything for you. I get an email every step of the way. I love this! Will never go back to standing in line or expensive vet practice pricing.

Allivet requested a script from my vet…
Allivet requested a script from my vet multiple times and did not stop until they got the script. They received responses from my vet when I did not, they definitely were the key to getting my dogs script

The customer service at Allivet is great!
The customer service at Allivet is fantastic. I called to cancel an autoship because our pet had passed. This was accomplished very quickly and a day later I received an e-mail from them expressing sympathy for our loss. I don't know of very many companies that would go that extra step.

Great Customer Service
I rarely have to call customer service, but when I do it's a refreshing change to quickly get a real person. They are always polite and helpful. My dogs take medicine regularly, so not having to run to the vet every month to pick up meds makes my life easier. Highly recommend.
