I'm obsessed with Allara! For the first time, ever, I have a doctor who not only believes me but is an expert in treating my PCOS. I love that I have access to an amazing nutritionist as well, it truly is the perfect package to help turn my health around and finally get answers! The team is also amazing, everyone is super nice & helpful. 1000% would recommend to anyone with any hormonal condition seeking the best support!

fraudulent app, i’ve tried to cancel my membership and they won’t cancel it

Setting up an account was easy and convenient, but if you're in a hurry for answers, this might not be a great option. My first consultation with the doc took about a month to happen after signing up due to limited appointment availability. After that initial call, I sent in my labs that same week. Got the results a week later, but then had to wait another month for a follow-up call to review them with the doc. All in all, be ready for a 2-4 month waiting period before getting any real insights. Docs are friendly and empathetic, but they didn't uncover anything game-changing for the symptoms I was dealing with and recommended I go to a primary care doctor. Unfortunately this process was a waste of time and money for me personally.

I came here because I was working with a previous holistic health clinic that drained me of my savings. I had lost a lot of weight using the recommendations of that doctor but it all piled back on because the diet was unsustainable. Because I could not afford out of pocket charges that high, I decided to look for alara health because my insurance accepts it. Working with the doctor and the nutritionist is very slow Even though they're very nice and considerate. They're both great listeners and empathetic to the issues that women face. But the slowness of treatment is almost to much. I mean not only are they slowly ramping up treatment, but they also have a lot of time space between their appointments. They say that you can reach out to customer service to look for sooner appointment, but customer service often takes two weeks or more to reply to my questions or request for appointment scheduling assistance. They're either understaffed or not properly trained. Even though my insurance accepts this, I don't think it's going to be helpful in treating my issues because of how slow things are going. By the time I get to see the doctor, almost two months have passed with no improvement. I've gotten all the lab work done and still don't have a better idea of what's going on. That can be very frustrating and a lot can happen or get worse in that time. Also I cannot reach the doctor directly. I often have to go through many hurdles to reach her, and usually the hurdles are with customer service. If you're used to regular doctor's office where you'll call the front desk and ask when they're available appointments, and you like that type of service, don't go with this. I think they tried to modernize to health care system, but they have a ton of issues with their operations. I would not be surprised if I ended up getting another doctor and nutritionalist because both mine could quit because this is not sustainable for them or for patients.

Dr. Tram Pham, DO is a very good listener and practitioner.

Don’t waste your money. Spent over 2 years with them and went through 3 doctors. The first could have caused me harm. The second found out wasn’t able to prescribe anything in NY state. The third, I didn’t interact with her enough to be considered useful. They rely heavily on medication and supplements, all of which could be done with my primary doctor. I also went through 3 nutritionists who left the group as quickly as they showed up. Customer service is a joke as well bc they didn’t do their job and somehow it became my fault they didn’t. I now suddenly got an invoice for things that happened in January and May. No warning and never had such charges previously. So now that I’ve canceled their service, they are trying to squeeze more money out of me. Completely disgusted by this group.

They keep me on track with my PCOS symptoms. They helped me regain my life and energy back. THey keep me accountable and are compassionate.

Everyone at Allara is exceptionally kind, responsive, and caring. I can’t say enough good things about my doctor and RD and their customer service. This is the most confident I’ve felt about my health in a long, long time.
