Allara got me set up for success by really listening to my concerns and taking them seriously. They were also super helpful when dealing with my insurance. They made sure I was able to get my medication covered.

Yikes!! I gave Allara a try to help diagnose some symptoms I'm having and it was a huge waste of my time. Their platform is riddled with bugs (There was a message on my dashboard diagnosing me with PCOS before I even saw a provider - alarming!) I had an appointment that got cancelled and rescheduled with a provider I couldn't find any information about online. I specifically chose my first provider because she had excellent ratings. But my dashboard was once again wrong because it was showing that I had an appointment with a third, different provider. Agh! They also kept asking me to fill out paperwork that I had already filled out. I cancelled without ever seeing a provider because it was such a mess. Overall, I wouldn't waste my time on this again.

I’ve been with Allara for a month now - and trust me, I thought about signing up for it for a LONG time and now I wish I would have said yes sooner. I just feel so incredibly supported and educated on my condition and treatment plan. Every single symptom, side effect, and treatment option is explained to me in ways I can understand. I truly appreciate the whole body approach to healing and I can’t wait to see how I feel another month from now. I feel like I can actually help my body feel its best.

Total scam. I called them out on Instagram and they blocked me! Luckily I got a refund before they shut me out. Not someone I'd trust my Healthcare with. Find another company.

Allara is amazing! I've been struggling for years to find a centralized care team for numerous health conditions. I love that Allara offers patients access to consistent care from doctors/OBGYN's, RN's, and nutritionists who specialize in women's health conditions. It's wonderful that you can meet with practitioners remotely, both inside and outside of 9-5 weekly hours. Allara also offers a messaging portal where you can interact with your care team outside of meeting appointments. This system is incredible- it usually takes me months to meet with a specialist doctor, feel heard, and then schedule labs/tests, etc. All of this is done so seamlessly through Allara's portal. Also, Allara is super helpful and upfront about insurance coverage and costs. A team member was able to verify my benefits right away and match me with in-network providers and specialists. I really appreciate this because providers who are this specialized often either don't work with insurance, or are unhelpful in sharing upfront procedure and visit costs. It's also wonderful that you can meet with your provider virtually, and then schedule labs close to you- this allows for great flexibility and convenience. I feel very cared for in terms of knowing I am going to have ongoing follow up and care from my providers. I have already recommended allara to at least 5 friends who struggle with various diagnosed and undiagnosed conditions! Also, I appreciate that Allara's policy and language around womanhood is very inclusive, in that they include trans and nonbinary folks.

All they want to do is add supplements. They must be getting some sort of kickback because every appointment they are suggesting a different supplement. It's not even good science! Don't change every variable - change one thing and see what works. The nutritionist won't give a meal plan or work with you to build a plan. They set goals and tell you to check their book. I joined when I was desperate and without a doctor, but the supplements they've given seem to have only made my symptoms worse.

Wanted to say that the thing that stands out about Allara is that you actually care for women and their issues. We all know that we rarely have studies performed on us and we rarely have doctors who take our concerns seriously so thank you. Will always be grateful for the diagnosis because it meant I wasn't imagining things or being crazy.

Allara has given me my period back! Working with a Dr. and a Dietitian has given me deeper insight on what works best for my body through nutrition and supplementation. I love how Allara holds me accountable to reach my goals! Cannot recommend Allara enough!!
