Allara has been truly life changing. The providers have been treating my PCOS based on my root problem, found from blood work results, virtual meetings, and observations. I am so thankful for Allara!

I have been struggling with my Primary’s on trying to get the correct labs done to figure out what’s going on with my health. With Allara Health I was able to get the help I needed to get the process started. With Dr. Hardacre’s help and plenty of labs/test we found out that I had more underlying issues that needed specialists to diagnose me. She was able to get me the referrals I needed to continue my health journey. Mind you she helped me in less than two short months to get all my labs, test and referrals I needed. The Allara team itself did all the leg work for me, all I had to do was confirm appointments and show up. Honestly it’s been the best care I’ve had in a long while… meanwhile my Primary has yet to see me in over three months since my first labs were done and I was diagnosed with high cholesterol and pre diabetes… I’m happy to report that I no longer have high cholesterol nor am I pre diabetic. Thank You Dr. Hardacre and Allara Health! If I ever need more quality healthcare help that my primary’s can’t do I know to come to you!

My doctor pays super close attention to my labs, and uses that info to create a customized treatment plan for me, and iterates as needed. She notices the slightest improvements, or whatever needs to be stepped up. She doesn't settle for a "normal high" or "normal low", neither does she slam me with a "one-size-fits-all" treatment for PCOS (e.g birth control). She wants me to have an optimal health. She doesn't dismiss my fears. I trust that she's on my side. My dietician checks in on me weekly. Outside appointments, I can reach out to any of these folks at ANY time to ask questions. So far, I have been enjoying good care at Allara. Grateful.

The experience was great from the start. The Allara website was the most user friendly I've ever seen - especially within healthcare. It was easy to see what steps were next and what I was waiting for. The doctor I met with was extremely helpful in walking me through each test results from start to finish. Nothing was 'wrong' in my labs but she still explained each one and gave me next steps to follow up with my PCP on.

The doctor I had from Allara was the first one I've ever had who actually listened to me. My bloodwork has always been in the normal range so no other doctor or endocrinologist took me seriously when I say I felt terrible, and I felt SO seen and heard. The dietician also has taught/helped me so much - I think my experience with Allara made every dollar spent well, well worth it!

Not worth the cost, I purchased a 6 month plan. My initial meeting with my doctor went well. She listened and prescribed medication. Nothing was holistic about their approach - what they prescribe is same thing your Gyno or doctor will give you. (Birth control, Metformin, and I saw some are doing Semiglutides) I met with the dietician who is no longer with the company, she just referred me to what’s on the app and recommended more vitamins. (It was very rushed and not personalized) For the first part of my membership, there were also only a few recipes in the app, like pesto eggs. When I had another appt scheduled with the doctor she did not show. I did not get any check ins from a dietician for the most part of my membership. I reached out, no real resolution was offered. The lack of service, is similar to what I can get by going to a doctor through my insurance. It is not worth the extra cost. I would not recommend purchasing, unless you do not have insurance and just need some meds prescribed. I basically paid $600 for zoom call with a doctor and dietician. No improvement in my PCOS. I would not recommend spending the extra money for this service. It does not offer any value. I will go back to using doctors through my insurance and speak up more to advocate for my care.

The clinician was nice but honestly I gained absolutely nothing from the experience. She requested a bunch of labs to be drawn and once results came back, she told me why she ordered them, and that there was nothing “wrong” and she couldn’t do anything else for me. She said I needed nutritional changes even thought we had discussed all of the changes I had already implemented. I’m so disappointed and frustrated. A total waste of money.
