Providers are impeccable
Allara has made me cry of happiness. FINALLY I feel supported and cared for by a doctor. A doctor who explains things to me, listens and provides options for me to pick from for support. I am so happy I am with Allara and working towards improving my Hashimotos and PCOS!

No one will ever call you
No one will ever call you. The human aspect of this has been completely removed. Cash grab for 180$ to take away a dr touching and screening you physically and never being able to speak to a human being live. So they charge you to take away services essentially.

Not actually covered my insurance
They promised I would see a doctor within days, only to find out that the have no providers that accept insurance (despite both the site and the care manager telling me they accept my insurance). Before anyone pays membership fees, I highly suggest asking them to check for providers and insurance. I was left disappointed thinking I was about to receive help for my ailments.

My experience turned Great
My initial experience wasn’t great due to scheduling issues but I brought it up wo to them and they fixed it promptly. I got matched with a new gynecologist and she answered all the questions that no one has ever taken the time to explain to me. I love it here. Every penny was worth!

Automatically takes deductibles without consent
I agreed to pay $20 a month for the Allara subscription. I did not consent to deductibles being automatically deducted from my card on any day that they choose. Its been 2 weeks since I asked them to cancel my account and they haven't based on that experience. I have now cancelled the account today and I am looking into options to ensure they can't do this to women. We are already suffering, to randomly throw at $168 dollar bill at you and charge it any day they like is wild, directly from your credit card with no warning. No other doctor does this. You get billed for deductibles! So very sad, I had high hopes.

Allara has been the best experience…
Allara has been the best experience I've had so far. For the first time, I feel validated for my symptoms and feelings instead of being dismissed, handed birth control, and made to feel like I'm crazy. My doctor and dietitian truly care, and I now know how to manage my symptoms in a practical way that fits my lifestyle. Thank you for all you do!

Horrible
Horrible ! Was told everything will be covered by my insurance! Got blood work done, nothing was wrong , met once with 1 person who read me the results .. told me everything was fine .. Later received a bill for $195. Then received another bill for $150. Had I known this I would have just gotten bloodwork done from my primary doctor so it can actually be covered.. since I hasn’t met my “deductible” I get it’s how insurance companies work .. but I was told it would be covered .. Really felt taken advantage of, and didn’t get any answers! Absolute waste of time and money! How dare they say they look out for women..
