Do not order from this company, seat cushion zippers break and when seek to replace, they advise no longer have the color. Customer service is a joke. If you want a so/so sectional, with no customer service, Albany Park can provide this.

After reading multiple recommendations and positive reviews about Albany Park and the KONA couch, I thought, why not. I was in the market for a new couch. It was super simple to order (once I figured out what color I wanted). Delivery was amazing. The quality and comfort are exactly as I imagined.

Chairs are really beautiful; deeper than I expected. The color is really beautiful (peacock blue) it looks green one moment like an emerald green but in different light it is the perfect blue green. I like both colors and the quality is amazing! Comfortable too!

Customer service is amazing! I needed a replacement cushion cover for the Park sofa which we bought 5-6 years ago. Even though the model was recently discontinued, someone found a cover in the warehouse and they are shipping it for free! What a great way to stand by a product. So nice to work with a human!

Albany Park is very responsive! Their customer service is great, and I appreciate the quick responses. Even though their products are expensive, they are high quality.

I purchased a Kova couch (5 pieces) in July 2024. The reason I chose this brand was because of the good warranty and the fact that the couch was modular. At the time I lived in a very small townhouse but knew that would be temporary so I purchased the U shaped Kova sectional intending on purchasing additional pieces later when I was in a bigger space. I’m now in a bigger space and wanted to add an additional section. They discontinued the fabric option that I have. They have “limited stock” though for warranty purposes. They say I can buy the piece I need for $1103. I paid $2,899 for the entire 5 piece couch in 2024. I’m to pay 40% of what I paid for a 5 piece couch for just one piece? They also said sales do not apply since they have limited quantities. This is just really disappointing from a company with lifetime warranties and modular couches. I have recommended this brand up until now and would not recommend in the future based on this customer service experience.

We love our couch. It's great quality and looks amazing. We had a slight issue with ours and customer service was fantastic. Very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.
