Website totally user friendly. Ordering searches was a breeze, just wish they came a little faster. Emailed about the fabric and got a very timely response!!

For such an expensive product, this is the worst experience I've had purchasing a piece of furniture. While touted as easy-to-assemble, it is not a one-person job for the larger sofas. To compound matters, the arms were both measured incorrectly in production. Again, questionable craftsmanship for the cost. While relatively sturdy once the legs were attached, it is still uneven. I received boiler plate language on a return (i.e. don't expect them to make things right by waving the restocking fee) and a promise for escalation and further follow-up. That has not happened. Strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback — and I’m truly sorry for the experience you’ve had. What you described is not the level of quality or support we expect to deliver, especially for a product at this price point. We absolutely understand how frustrating it is to run into assembly challenges, and the production issue with the arms being incorrectly measured is unacceptable. On top of that, the lack of follow-through after promising escalation is something we take very seriously. This is not something we want to leave unresolved. Our team would like to personally review your case and make sure you receive a proper follow-up and a clear path forward. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your order number, and we will ensure that we do our best to work towards a resolution for you. Again, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment — and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can address it properly.

Cancelled my order for a couch less then 5 days after ordering because I needed something sooner then it would arrive They charged me a $200 restocking fee!! What the heck is a $200 fee paying for. Absurd

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the timing didn’t work out for your needs. Because each of our pieces is custom-made to order, production begins shortly after an order is placed. For this reason, cancellations must be made within 24 hours to avoid a cancellation/restocking fee. This fee helps cover materials, labor, and production costs that have already been allocated to your custom piece(s). We completely understand that plans can change, and we always encourage customers to reach out as soon as possible if timing becomes a concern. If there’s anything further we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team directly — we’re happy to help.

They were very prompt in following up on my request for samples which allowed me to choose a sofa and order one. I have been searching for months for a sofa and found them just recently. They also helped me in deciding if I need white glove service in my situation.

I first found out about this company through a friend. I went over to her house and fell in love with her couch automatically! I am able to sink into it with my baby and relax and feel completely at home. The couch truly makes a home comfortable! Great size options with comfortable cloud like cushions and a nice ledge on the back for drinks etc. 10/10 material! They also have amazing sales throughout the year. I would recommend looking up videos of the couch in the color you desire.

Most beautiful couch I've ever owned, the pillow cushions move around but not excessively and easy enough to fix, super soft material, the burnt orange is stunning!

I orignially ordered two Kova 86" pillow cushion sofas in Alabaster Performance Boucle in fall of 2024 for my living room. I loved them so much that when I redid another living space in our home I ordered the Kova L-Shape + ottoman in Hazelnut Performance Boucle this fall. Love that one just as much! So far both are showing no signs of wear. I do have one well behaved cat. Just get it - you won't regret it!!

Thank you so much for your incredible review! We’re thrilled you loved your first Kovas enough to bring another into your home — and that all 3 are holding up beautifully (even with a kitty 🐾). We truly appreciate your support and recommendation!
