Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear your sister’s sectional inspired your purchase and that the ordering process was easy with flexible payment options. Good news - we do offer a military discount when we are not running a sitewide promotion (like we are currently). We hope you love your new piece when it arrives!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear your Kova arrived dirty and hasn’t met your expectations—especially after so much research. That’s understandably frustrating. We regret the issues you’ve experienced with the Performance Chenille fabric and snagging from pet claws. While it’s designed for durability, we understand your disappointment and are happy to revisit replacement cover options or review your case again to see if there’s a better resolution that will get you loving your sofa again. We also appreciate your comments on comfort. The Kova has a supportive platform base rather than springs, which creates a firmer feel that may not be for everyone. Our team will reach back out to you shortly to talk about additional opportunities to make this right for you.
