LOVE my new sofa. I love that it's made in the USA and for a reasonable price. I got the leather option and it's gorgeous. The white-glove delivery was also worth the price.

We have been thrilled by the whole experience with our new sofa. The white glove delivery was excellent, the comfort and quality of the sofa has far exceeded our expectations, and the price was surprisingly affordable. The fact that the performance velvet we chose is made of recycled materials was what ultimately made our decision for us. Care has been easier than I could have expected, and it is much more comfortable than I expected. It was on the firm side when it was first assembled, but it has softened up a bit and feels just right now. I'm extremely pleased with this purchase!

We've had our Kova Pillow Cushion L-Shape + Ottoman for about 3 months. The dark teal performance velvet reads more dark green in our space, which I personally prefer. The sofa is insanely comfortable, huge in the best way, and has become my favorite place to lounge and soak up the day on weekends (I was NEVER a sofa-dweller prior to this! It's actually a problem some days because I don't want to get up!) Definitely spring for the storage ottoman. I love the storage space and it is huge! Worth noting we have a small home + living room. We were worried it would really shrink our space, but it has made it so cozy, delightful, and inviting. I live with my husband and cat, and so far haven't noted any wear. The velvet is easy to lint roll, vacuum, or brush cat fur off. Cat does get the zoomies, and there is a surface-level scratch on the velvet from a lap around the living room. But it isn't very noticeable on the dark fabric (and let's be honest, the cat runs this house, so who cares!) The order, delivery, and set up process was mostly seamless except for one notable issue: the hinges of one of our pieces were a few inches off when trying to slide the top into the bottom. It was very obviously a mistake during manufacturing, as none of the other pieces were a struggle to fit together at all. Not wanting to go through the hassle of customer service/fees/return shipping etc, we lightly knocked it into place with a rubber mallet. While difficult and time consuming, it worked, and so far no ill-effects have been noted. I was skeptical to purchase an expensive (to me) sofa online, sight unseen, but I have been very pleasantly surprised. If you are on the fence, consider your fabric and color wisely, order the samples, and make good choices that fit your home! Personally I would order from Albany Park again.

Couch is perfect. Just what we wanted and super easy to put together. Biggest issue is just delivery service. They never told us they were coming like they said they would and then we get a message oh it’s going to be delivered today and you will know timeframe within 24-48 hours for delivery. Never happened. So great let’s just drop everything to try and work it out and it said driver will let you know when he’s an hour away at least, dude calls me says he’s 10 mins away. So my wife wasn’t going to wait around the house all day on these fools. She went to the store so they’re calling me asking what do I wanna do since now no one is home for the delivery. They put it out on my driveway so I never got it inside until I got home from work which is just super unprofessional and shitty. What if it rained or stolen. Just super disappointed for the price point of the couch. Delivery service should be top notch and it’s not at all even respectable.

I haven’t received the product yet but I wish Albany Park changed 2 things. 1 being let you configure your own sofa/sectional & 2. Off a designer trade program. I had a designer help me with all my new furniture and she was unsure about this sofa because she hasn’t had the opportunity to use them for her clients. If they had a trade program she would!

JUST WOW!! Best experience purchasing online without seeing this couch in person. I trusted the reviews and wasn't disappointed! I purchased the Kova corner sectional in olive green. I ❤️ it so much. Comfortable and looks expensive. Great quality! The white glove service was excellent and I recieved my order in less than 2 weeks.
