Love Airportag! Surprised at some poor reviews. My experience was very positive. Our son is in training to be a commercial pilot and have ordered and received great gifts from this company. Love the products - they are fun gifts, quality items and have not had a problem with shipping. Would highly recommend!

Incredible customer service and high quality product! We had shipping issues, and Airportag was very responsive and corrected the problem immediately. My sister travels a lot for her work and I know she's going to love this tag for her luggage. Looking forward to giving it to her this Christmas!

Door de klanten hun betaalde goederen af te leveren. En niet geld ontvangen en goederen niet verzenden. Af te raden site.

Hello Greta! According to UPS, your package was delivered on November 7th. Since we ship from the U.S., the timeframe for international orders is 5-20 business days. We understand your frustration regarding the waiting and accept your feedback. Have a nice day!

The most fun conversation starter of my travels! Everyone comments on the HELLO bag tag. It’s an addition to a great trip no matter why or where you go

I purchased a luggage tag from Airportag.com a few weeks prior to a really big vacation I was planning. I got the tags I ordered and I initially loved them, until I actually used one on a checked bag with my airline. After just one use it was torn up and damaged. I just reported the problem (with a photo) and explained how disappointed I was. The response I got: I'm SO sorry, but we are unable to refund or replace the item for you....BUT we will offer you a 50% off coupon to buy a new one. COME ON! They also went on to say they've changed the material they use so they will now not get damaged, basically telling me the materials they used for the one I got was inferior and sub-standard, so they changed it. I just think this is really poor business. I'll never shop here again. They can keep their coupon.

Hello Larry! We appreciate your feedback. At this time, we understand that our form of compensation was not satisfactory to you. As you received your tag in good condition, and a third party has broken it, I am afraid we cannot refund you for this or replace your tag. Thank you for understanding.
