I am very pleased with the quality of the product and how it was packaged. I was expecting something that looked cheap. Shame on me! I waited quite a long time for delivery, but thousands of kilometers did their job. It certainly wasn't my first purchase. I recommend

We've ordered a couple of items from them so far and they've both been great. There was a delivery mix-up with the latest one and the company responded very quickly - in the end the problem was with the folks doing the delivery, but I was happy to know Airportag were responsive and on top of the issue. Good customer service.

Meer moeten betalen aan shipping en douane kosten als aan wat ik besteld had. Dit werd NIET op de website vermeld. Heb dus het gevoel dat ik opgelicht ben. De levering zelf duurde ook 21 werkdagen, wat veel te lang is.

Hi MJ, we're sorry to hear that the additional shipping and customs costs came as an unexpected surprise. Customs duties and import taxes are determined by the destination country and are unfortunately outside of our control. Regarding delivery, our estimated shipping timeframe is up to 7 weeks, so your order was delivered within that timeframe, although we appreciate your patience while waiting for it to arrive. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make our shipping information as clear as possible.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered and received a tracking number after a few days. It got nowhere. After a month, and follow ups, they sent another tracking number. After numerous follow ups, I still haven’t received my items. And I spent a bit and ordered a few items, thinking the product and delivery would be fine. I’d recommend staying away from them

Hi Niyas! I'm so sorry you haven't received your order yet. Deliveries to the Middle East are delayed at the moment. Our customer support team just emailed you to address this. We appreciate your patience, and I'm sure we'll solve it soon!

Awful delivery service. Ordered weeks ago and still don’t have an estimated delivery date. What are you charging me $14.90 delivery charge for exactly, carrier pigeon food?

Hello Kathy! We're very sorry our delivery standards didn't match your expectations. I'll forward your feedback to our shipping team. For international orders, delivery takes between 5-20 business days to be delivered. Your order doesn't seem to be delayed yet. Our customer support team got in touch with you by email this morning with more details regarding the tracking. Again, thank you for your feedback. Your parcel should be delivered soon. Regards, Airportag team

Order #327726 I've ordered these bags before, and everything went fine the first time. I liked them so much so I decided to buy a new batch, which this complaint is in relation to. Now all of a sudden it seems like Airportag is utterly incompetent; I ordered these items and they were confirmed on March the 17th, today is already April the 14th and after a lot of back and forth with Livia from customer support, we're still none the wiser - it's essentially as if I have to beg hypothetically speaking to just know the status of the item, shipping wise. This is just other nonsense. Regardless of what happens with this order, I shall definitely NOT be ordering from them again. Nor would I recommend anyone else to do so.

Hello Morino. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the delay and communication issues regarding your order. We completely understand your disappointment, especially since you previously had a positive experience with us. After reviewing the shipment status, we can confirm that the package is still in transit and on its way to the destination. Unfortunately, international shipping delays can sometimes occur due to customs processing and carrier logistics, which are outside of our direct control. We also noticed that a dispute has been opened for this order. While the dispute remains active, we are unable to process alternatives such as a replacement or additional resolutions through our support system. For us to further assist with any possible solution, the dispute would first need to be closed. Again, we truly regret the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Regards, Airportag team.

Poor and slow customer service. Shipping is a joke. Would defiantly no use again or recommend to anyone who asks. Order 19/02 and as of 02/03 UPS still awaiting package to give me a estimated delivery date

If you need any more assistance with your purchase, don't hesitate to contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We thank you for your opinion and remain available.
