Been suffering with CP/CPPS for nine months. Had a cystoscopy carried out back in July, where he diagnosed Prostatitis and placed me on a 4 week course of antibiotics, and was told my Urology consultant would be in touch within 6 weeks. Didn't hear from them and so decided to look into going down the physical route rather than medicinal. Found Aidplan online and after reading the reviews decided to give it a try. Only a few days into program, been concentrating on stretches and already feel as if they may be helping. Fingers crossed

Programme is very good. I started stretching and breathing exercise. Felt relief

After only 2 weeks of exercises, my symptoms drastically reduced. 2 weeks after that, I've been symptom free. For me, I also had to abstain from spicy food. I'm able to drink coffee again, and don't have to run to the bathroom every 30 minutes. Super thankful for the knowledge I gained from this course.

I learned more about my condition and how to get my life back just in the first day of watching these videos than I have in the past year! I am finishing up my first week, and my pain has reduced significantly!

Pelvic chronic pain is still a problem that many men suffer in silence. Even though when deciding to treat, unfortunately the majority of health professionals (physicians and physical therapists) doesn't have the knowledge needed to handle the cases. I honest think that AidPlan and discipline together may change the life of people and recomend it.

Very helpful prior face to face discussions about appropriateness of course. Videos easy to understand and follow, except perhaps lack of clarity as to whether to do kegels or reverse kegels. Too early to say whether effective but exercises feel good and don't, in my case, aggravate pain. Positivity of video presenters, but with honesty about potentially long journey to recovery.
