About 9 months ago I began dealing with a digestive issue that later would be identified as being caused by pelvic floor dysfunction. Although I worked with two wonderful doctors and a physical therapist this course is an excellent supplement. recommend it!

For those who are still suffering and have bounced from doctor to doctor who really have no clue and don't really take you seriously, please take a leap of faith and buy this online course. Try EVERYTHING Niklas is talking about in the videos with patience. My CPPS started in November 2014, and it took me one whole year for it to slowly go away. To this day, I do my stretches morning and night and throughout the day. I try to meditate as many times as possible and massage my trigger points whenever I feel the pain slowly creeping up again. But once you get the positive momentum going, it all falls in place and the pain goes away almost permanently. After that, it's all about maintaining the health that you reclaimed by making this practice an everyday part of your life.

It helpsI was a struggling with a host of separate health problems (genital pain, incontinence, constipation, IBS) and bought this course out of desperation. I started the "letting go" of pain routine and didn't see much improvement at first. I kept at it, and after four months I am almost completely pain and symptom-free! I couldn't be more pleased. I had been holding an incredible amount of stress on my pelvic floor, and once I learned how to relax those muscles it was amazing how much better I felt. I am so, so glad I stuck with it.

This is a good programme. It’s early days for me using it but the videos are clear on the approach but also relatable with my particular chronic pain experience. The “hope” that gives you is enough to start a brighter path on solving this difficult issue.
