Although I didn't followed all the plan, some of the exercises helped me a lot and in a few weeks I felt the improvement of my pain. I think the pressing of trigger points is one of the most important parts in the recovery.

The AidPlan© online program shows you how to treat the most common pelvic diseases yourself. Most of these conditions have a chronic course and require consistent, long-term care. You can do this from home with the AidPlan© online program. The AidPlan© online program is aimed at anyone suffering from chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS), pudendal neuralgia, bladder pain syndrome, interstitial cystitis or chronic abacterial prostatitis (in men). A 12-week plan sets out the exercise structure and the video course explains all the necessary steps - help for self-help instead of open questions. Our experienced therapists are also available for video calls to clarify complaints and make individual adjustments.

The program is helpful, the only down side is the time commitment required each day.

Easy to understand and the therapists explain in detail how each exercise works and the reasons you may be experiencing pain and how to relieve it. A very useful tool (along with the mediation) to make the pelvic pain (pudendal pain) journey a little easier to navigate.

I recently started my AidPlan program and I have to say so far so good! The plan is straight forward and easy enough to follow. The challenge so far is fitting it into a busy day! As I said, I just started the program, but can see some positive results already. Individuals who have pelvic floor issues are wound really tight whether we know it or not. The breathing techniques presented in the early section of the course have really helped to calm me and in turn relax my body. I practice them throughout the day and it's working! Looking forward to getting into the rest of the program! I am hopeful which is a wonderful place to be! David R

I have only done Aidplan for a week or so, so I unfortunately can’t provide too awful much. Their program is definitely intense. You have to be really dedicated to getting better in order to try it. There’s a lot of good stuff in here and some treatments that I haven’t even had recommended in the 7 years I’ve had prostatitis. The negatives however are that there isn’t as much content as you would think for the price. They don’t provide any video tutorial on KEGEL exercises, no guided meditations (even though they recommend you mediate daily), no way to see your progress (other than the check list for your plan), no interaction with other users, no communication that I’m aware of with the doctor, no guidance on internal trigger points other than to see a specialist (which I’m sure we all already have). At one point, the presenter asks the purchaser to look up other things they can do within the module elsewhere. You are the program! You should already have it! I think this program would benefit from being more comprehensive considering the price you pay to use it. With all this being said, it is another approach to take to deal with my chronic issue. If it works, as it seems like it has for other users, that would be awesome and my stars may go up.
