I bought this due to a Doctors diagnosis. Unfortunately I only got to 1st stretching exercise & was stuck on floor for 2 hours. It turns out I had wrong diagnosis. Aidplan offer a 30 day money back guarantee, however there is no way to claim this back on their webpage. I have sent a few messages & email, so far I have heard nothing.

Great course content but no longer relevant to me (other health condition and complications with prostate diagnosis) therefore I asked for a refund and sent a few other emails about their aggressive (and unnecessary marketing tactics) but it has been 11 days since I requested a refund and I've not even received an acknowledgement of the email. I'm currently having to speak to my bank about initiating a chargeback process. Be warned in case you like me want to invoke their money back guarantee. Edi: Aidplan flagged my review as harmful/ illegal .. Edit: Trustpilot dropped the flag rightly. Another two weeks have passed and I've had zero communication from the company despite sending various emails via the website and their email address and their prostafix email. It makes a legitimately good course feel extremely scammy and I don't know why they're behaving this way. My chargeback via my card company has been initiated but they have 45 days to appeal which they may do. If they are reading this then I urge them to reply to my emails, I simply can't understand why they are hiding or not engaging in any dialogue with me. Edit: they are now protesting the chargeback that I did via by bank. Arguing that the product was delivered and giving no mention to their money back guarantee. Massively regret ever having dealings with this company. They still haven't replied to a single one of my emails or tried to settle any of this in any other way.
