The course is easy to follow. I had to order the equipment you need. I asked a question about this to aidplan, but unfortunately did not receive an answer. But at least we're on our way.

After 6 weeks, some of the symptoms had disappeared. Some of them remained, but they were also alleviated. It takes patience, but the results are very encouraging.

It helped give me relief with pudendal neuralgia along with the work I was doing with Peter dornan in stoping my sacrum crushing the pudendal nerve due to SIJ disfunction.

I have not been able to do this every day but when I do the exercises I definitely feel an improvement. It is time consuming but I'm hopeful that once I become more familiar with all of the exercises, I will be able to complete them more quickly and more frequently

It takes a lots of dedication and work to succed with tgis program, but it seems to be worth it. My symptoms have reduced and become less frequent, but there is still a long way to recovery

I’ve been dealing with chronic prostatitis for almost a year. I’ve tried every antibiotic out there but lately I’ve been on Bactrim which appears to be helping slightly. However the biggest relief I get is through AidPlans routine. I do the routine twice a day along with the pressure point therapy. I have to say this has helped me quite a bit. There’s still pain on a day to day but for the last 2 weeks since I started this it appears to help relieve some of the pain. I’ll continue and hope to relieve the pain 100%.
