Improving, now I have hope
I have improved in my symptoms, but still not where I would like to be, I will keep doing the exercises and will give an opinion at 12 weeks

The AidPlan© online program shows you how to treat the most common pelvic diseases yourself. Most of these conditions have a chronic course and require consistent, long-term care. You can do this from home with the AidPlan© online program. The AidPlan© online program is aimed at anyone suffering from chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS), pudendal neuralgia, bladder pain syndrome, interstitial cystitis or chronic abacterial prostatitis (in men). A 12-week plan sets out the exercise structure and the video course explains all the necessary steps - help for self-help instead of open questions. Our experienced therapists are also available for video calls to clarify complaints and make individual adjustments.

It's a good collective of information for people who are new to IC and haven't done much research on it. The stretch and breath are nice and relax.

Because i have a lot of other health issues that i also need to take care of and work on, i found the number of videos before actually starting the exercise plan a little daunting. Ii was also experiencing problems getting into the program, which was not helping, but now that particular issue has resolved i have watched the first module and found the videos well made , thorough and informative. I am going to be starting the second module. in the next few days and i I am looking forward to it.

Unfortunately all the content I paid for was available free of charge in the Internet already

I really feel like overall the program is very beneficial. I believe it has helped me, and I love the videos and appreciate the commitment that this program requires. My only constructive feedback is regarding customer service. It takes weeks to receive any kind of response to any kind of question. Therefore, beyond the videos there is virtually no support which can be very hard for people who are suffering and frightened. But overall it’s been a positive experience and I would recommend it with the understanding that you’re 100% on your own with this one.

The course content is good, but in my opinion the most important videos are already available in the AidPlan YouTube channel. The biggest issue I see with this course - ZERO communication with the company via email after purchasing the course. I've emailed them questions 3 times over the last 3 weeks, no a single answer. But when I was just interested and asked a question regarding a promotion email - I was replied in less than an hour. That's not acceptable at all in my opinion - especially when I was asking regarding the course content (for instance, they suggest there are 52 videos available, and I have access to just 31 for some reason).

The first thing I did when I received the videos was to review the entire set and then plan what I thought I could do around my analysis. For the last 10 days I've been doing most of the basic stretching exercises accompanied by deep abdominal breathing. Some relief? ...maybe. I have a question about recommended breathing. At one point, early in the breathing video, Nicholas describes breathing in and out of the mouth rather than nose in- mouth out. Please explain. Thank you, Charles Walden
