The information given is easy to understand and to the point. I like how reassuring everyone is, instead of being negative like everything else you read online. The video treats pudendal neuralgia as a treatable problem, not the end of the world like so many other discussions on this topic. This program gives me hope!!

Mindfulness and patience are key
Making a deliberate effort to heal yourself and paying close attention to how your body responds to different treatments/changes is something the aid plan helped me to do. Because the plan is very comprehensive you must be mindful of what is having a positive effect for you and it takes some time so patience is key. For me the deep belly breathing seemed to be the most important but I think it was a combination of many changes suggested in the aid plan that helped me feel much better in about 2 months.

Very informative course
Very informative course, explaining about my condition and the possible causes first, as well as how I might be able to differentiate between the different conditions. And then a complete course with schedule recommendations to help me overcome these issues. I'm in the middle of the work and feeling some relief already.

Symptoms have completely gone!
Within 3 days of doing the programme my symptoms of pudendal neuralgia had reduced significantly. After one week they were gone completely! I continue to do the stretching routine daily to release tension in the pelvis. This programme was the only treatment that worked. Doctors couldn't offer anything other than ineffective medications that were not sustainable for long-term use. The holistic nature of this programme is what resonated with me the most. Thank you AidPlan for saving me from chronic pelvis, hip and butt pain!

review
The directions are clear and demonstrated well. I have made good progress in stretching. Have seen no improvement in bladder symptoms but its only a week since starting.

Good course and good training plan
Good course and good training plan. Coupled with my physotherapist and following the training plan, I feel 50 percent better as when I started the course.

Although early days, I am very optimistic about this course and would recommend it
I am leaving this feedback at the company's request, though it is rather early days, as it is too soon for the course to have had any effect. I came by it through the firm's Internet advertising, and was initially rather put off by the marketing frenzy that began as soon as I provided my email address for further information. However, I decided to buy it (at the large discount I assume they offer everyone) and am impressed. The course is thorough and professional and completely dispels the rather desperate impression produced by the marketing. I had previously tried to get on top of my CPPS (which I have had for 20 years) with stretching exercises I found for free on the Internet, but got bored after persisting with them for a few months and gave up; I later learned that someone I knew had cured the condition with stretching alone, but it had taken well over a year of daily work. AidPlan includes stretches, but also a number of other physiotherapy techniques, all very clearly presented with videos, and a 12-week daily plan. They clearly have a very good understanding of the condition; from what I now know about it I believe that they offer the full range of techniques likely to be effective, all well organised, and this may well be the best one-stop shop available for treating this condition. I am very optimistic -- I believe that if this course doesn't work, nothing will, and I would advise anyone who has CPPS to take a punt.
