The program is very user friendly, and allows you to go at your own pace. I like the fact you can rewind segments and also revisit segments you've already watched-watch them again, for reinforcement of clarification. I've had CPPS 5X times before and this is a very useful as a companion education series. It places the importance this issue REALLY deserves-and certainly makes you feel you're not alone norare you actually going thru this all alone.

I just started the program and felt that the explanation of the pain of pudendal was very informative. Explaining the cause of the pain and the steps needed to treat it in a step by step plan treatment program is what I was looking for. Excited to begin treatment.

Good videos. Information is reasonable. I discovered back in 2001 that pelvic floor disfunction is the cause of all sorts of pains. I'm glad to see that this is now regarded as a conventional therapeutic approach because previously only pain medications were offered.
