Excellent response and management of my problem by Afteshokz Customer Service: I am really satisfied. After 6 months of purchase, my Aeropex headphone (great product, btw) had trouble turning on. Being under warranty, I contacted the Customer Service in the USA via the website who promptly asked me for basic information and a video. After only one day, the report was passed to the excellent distributor for Italy (Athena) who immediately organized the free home collection of the product for free. After the technical check, which confirmed the defect, in just 2 days I received a brand new Aeropex at home via express courier! Fantastic! Despite the product problem, their way to solve my problem has made me a loyal Aftershokz customer! Excellent!

After reading so many 1* reviews, I thought I should leave my review. My Aeropex started to rattle in the right ear during a run. I made a claim under the 2 year warranty, was asked to upload a video which I did and I received a new pair within 1 week. Fantastic service from Shokz.

I bought an OpenComm headset in June 2021. It was a really awesome headset, but it failed after only ~5 months in Nov 2021 (crackling and sound cutting out of one ear). Customer service was initially responsive. Once I shipped back the headset, however, customer service quality has been horrible. I got no updates, but by logging into the warranty website, I could see that they received my headset in late November. I have sent multiple inquiries. One response in the second week of December told me they had 'expedited and approved' my return. I have received no further replies, nor the headset, nor is there any update on the website. The headset worked for about 5 months, and now I have been without a working headset for ~6 weeks, and no clue when I'll get the headset back. Sadly, there may be quality issues, and there is definitely a warranty service issue at aftershokz.

Anytime you see "customer Happiness Center" you know there are some very unhappy customers. It's a facade. If you try to submit a warranty claim you cannot submit it without an order number but if you buy retail there is no order number to be found. Maybe I will find it if I spend a lot more time on it. It's a joke and the thing barely lasted 6 months. I'm waiting to hear back from them. This might work out but it will not change my "customer experience". I would have given up a long time ago if they had not made me mad. I will not recommend this product any longer

I have had an OpenComm headset since spring 2020 (the model with a noise canceling boom mic). I have had no problems with the device. Occasionally, I have to do a hard reset, but that is a small detail. The company is very responsive to questions in support of the product. I am sorry others have had bad experience. It's really the opposite of mine. People often comment on the good sound quality. These are so comfortable and leave the ear open for hearing ambient sound. My only complaint is that I wish they offered the smaller headband for all models, but this is a small point. The one I have stays reliably and comfortably in place. The charge lasts all day. I like the bone conducting aspect. The vibration is sometimes felt, but it's a pleasant experience. I am in zoom meetings all day long and these are so comfortable.

I bought my Aftershokz Trekz Air Bone Conduction Headphones (Model: AS650) back in Sept 2019. They worked fine for about 16 months. Since then I have tried numerous times to contact the company to claim a replacement of the headset under the 2 year warranty and had absolutely no joy whatsoever. As Aftershokz have no physical stores you can’t take the set in the company and the most you get when making an online claim is an email stating that the company will respond in 2 business days. Surprise surprise, they never ever do. I also tried a business resolution website to try to gain a solution. The Aftershokz team did respond to say they would look into the issue but again never did respond. It’s a sham and a scam. You will get no response and resolution. It’s a pity as the product was of a good standard until it jus wouldn’t charge anymore for some unknown reason. Since I’ve been bitten by this and don’t ever see that I will get a resolution/ my moment back take this lesson and learn from it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Got an aeropex, died after a few months. Warranty guys suggested I buy a new set. Horrible, avoid like COVID.
