I purchased the AfterShokz Aeropex after a week of researching all sorts of wireless headsets/earphones/earbuds and was instantly drawn to these as they are hands down the most comfortable thing on this planet to wear and it's like having a soundtrack for your life in your head while you listen to everything going on around you. They're magical and I am so glad I went with these over silicone tip in-ear earbuds because I know with these I always use them because of their form factor. I love the sound quality too, that was a big point of contention I've read about with bone conduction... but these have totally exceeded my expectations, apart from the fact that these do not isolate sound (so you can hear everything around you simultaneously). If you're in a quiet environment, these have amazing sound quality I can not distinguish the difference between these and the gaming headset I normally wear while on my PC. The best way I can put it is these split your sense of hearing into 2 streams and apart from the sheer novelty of experiencing one of your senses being spliced between two sources (which is REALLY freaking cool!), they stand on their own as an incredibly solid device to listen to music or podcasts no matter what you are doing!

What a brilliant company to deal with. My air aftershokz on / off button stopped working. I contacted them and they asked for proof of purchase and a short video of the evidence. Immediately they sent out a new pair. No quibble or hassle or trying to get out of it. So much better than the experience I had with a watch company whose product was faulty from day one and I spent two years trying to get a replacement from (S****o).

I hate wearing Headphones of any type, especially the In Ear Style. We saw the Aftershokz in a store where we could try them. I reluctantly gave them a go & WOW!!. It's the weirdest feeling hearing through your Bone. I've never experienced anything like it. I've had them just over a year & they've stopped charging. I put in a Warranty Claim & I am being sent a New Pair. No Quibble. Unbelievable Product with Fantastic Customer Service. As an aside my friend wears Hearing Aids & has never been able to wear Headphones - she tried mine & bought a pair for herself.

Excellent item, got the Aeropex and it has made running much more enjoyable! No more earbuds causing the this noise in my head, slipping out of my ear mid run and I can still be fully aware of my surroundings. Ordered on a Monday, arrived two days later, so far so good!

I broke my aftershokz after warrenty period, but still got a very good customer service. I just ordered my new pair of AfterShokz.

Quick delivery, helpful website explaining the different models and comparing them. I bought these for running and have been really impressed. Really happy that I can wear them in race that ban regular headphones.
