The aftershokz continue to break at the weak point. I have been silly enough to have purchased two now, both breaking at the same point before the years out, between the speakers and band. I've spoken to Aftershokz warranty team and have been dismissed. Spend your good hard earned elsewhere.

Customer service not responding to my contact email sent four days ago. Poor service. Shame really, as I have found the actual product good until it is now not working - just over a year old!

The marketing blurb says you can listen to any music or book file its easy - well it turns out if you are a NASA scientist or tech guy it is - but if you are someone who uses Audible and Spotify and just wants to easily download and listen to some podcasts and books you have to jump through a gizzilione hoops - and need additional software and apps very dissappointing

Buyer beware!! This was a product that was expensive and great for a while. But after 2 years I found the left ear device was rattling. Google it and found there are thousands of people experiencing the same issue - many after 12 months. I contacted Shockz and found they won’t repair or replace - despite the fact that this is an obvious design fault with their product. Their brand damage, like their product, will become irreparable.

It works, and then it doesn't, so if you call a lot, or are in sales, you can bet your horses that the hard to reach prospect would go: hello, hello, and hang up, cause of the unpredictability of this product. And you can call up, on your side, everything is fine, and they go: hello, hello, guess you will end up as a blocked contact. Way to go!!

Exceptional company provided extraordinary customer support. Had a problem with my new earphones and their response was instantaneous and provided a sense they’d go the extra mile to resolve my problem. Customer service at a level indicating a highly responsive and customer centric company. Kudos!

Had a set of the Aeropex die after a year. After an absurd amount of emails I got sent a new set. They were faulty too. Many weeks and emails later I was told to send them back to get a replacement. The tracking on my package was faulty, thanks Austria Post, so now they claim they never got them back, and will not send a replacement. I've sent a picture of the post office receipt clearly indicating the address and tracking. This is printer-level horrible customer service and very low quality headphones for the +€200 I spent on them. Avoid this company at all costs.

Bought a brand new & unused (still sealed) pair of Aeropex AS800 off of an eBay shop in May 2021 and I registered them right away, in order to validate the 2 year manufacturer warranty. They failed to work in March 2022, but not a problem (or so I thought) they’re covered by a 2yr warranty from the manufacturer. I sent in the report using their website, with screen grab of my warranty registration. I was informed that because I hadn’t bought them from an authorised seller (as listed on their website) that they wouldn’t honour the warranty. I did challenge this but got nowhere. Surely, the warranty is to do with the quality of manufacture, and wherever you buy from it won’t alter the quality control etc. when they’re manufactured? I also think it is unreasonable to expect anyone to trawl a manufacturers website before purchase to see if they’re buying from the right place. Having previously had this issue, why don’t Aftershokz raise this at the time of registering the warranty, so you can return the item if needs be (it should be made clear on the packaging!)
