Difficult to contact, multiple company names, unsolicited text messages and emails, the building and shipping area in Athens TX site are shocking conditions to handle medical supplies, service was late due to breakfast, then hurry and get out, see book for all your questions, get un-explained overcharge bill, CPAP machine has failed after only four nights! Everything online with hidden results, terms and conditions. Don't waste your time.

I just received a letter from Adapthealth saying i declined to renew a 60 month rental contract. I have never rented anything from them & I sent a message telling them so. I did rent the equipment from a local medical supply company in 2013 & in 2018 needed to submit new paperwork from my Dr. listing my oxygen levels ect ect or they will come for the equipment. I never did submit anything to the company & the equipment is still here. So either the local company committed fraud or this company did & I think they did together would not be the first time it happened I would stay away from them either way.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! Aero Care deserves a (negative) -10 score. I called one of their thousand telephone numbers today, 25 Jul 22 at 3:30 CST to order CPAP supplies. The recording said that the wait was ONE hour and FIFTEEN minutes because all of their representatives were busy. Seriously!!?? I shout, foul! I despise dealing with this company. The website billing is awful, grossly inconsistent, completely unreliable and their billing practices just plain stinks! Forget trying to call any of their numbers because I think they all route to one office, somewhere USA or in India, which employs three humans total. We need medical supplies and this company does not provide timely satisfaction. When is someone with the authority going to shut this money grubbing company down? AdaptHealth acquired Aero Care Feb 2021 for 1.1 BILLION dollars. Screw the true customers, right? Just seems like the-powers-to-be aren't listening to our customers complaints. I guess BBB doesn't care about companies that are not accredited?!

Repeated fraudulent. Billing to my insurance. Haven't done business for a year but they keep billing. Insurance helped. Last. Year and took 6.months to get definitive answer. Now sending emails again stating balance due.

I have contacted adapt health billing department for 8 months. I received merchandise that was wrong, sent back half with their return slip. Instead of deducting from my bill , they added it again. After 6 calls, finally spoke to someone who agreed with me. Stated that I owed only 67 and would send new bill. New bill comes in at 89. Can’t make this up. The worst customer service.

Adapt Health is a scam. They have a link with scammers. They gave me a phone number to call for re-supply but that phone number is actually a scammer phone number. The scammer took my personal informations in the name of verifying my identity. Totally a disgrace.

Worst customer service ever. They do not employ even one native English speaking CSR. They refuse to answer questions. They argue and are extremely rude when you ask to speak to a supervisor. They send endless texts, e-mails, and telephone harassment for months after you have returned their equipment. I've called Medicare to complain about them and encourage everyone to do so.

My physician told me that I have severe sleep apnea and that the CPAP is critical to my health. Adapthealth made a mistake somewhere along the line and had an incorrect phone number. I was having trouble with the CPAP mask fit under my nose and I was coughing and I wasn't getting enough sleep. So, I took a few days off for my cough to clear up. Since Adapthealth FAILED to properly write down my number, or open a phone book...they decided to send a box to send the machine back instead of trying to find out if I was having problems. No discussion...no way to make a payment outside of insurance. ZERO SUPPORT of any kind! They want to take the life sustaining device away from me because of THEIR incompetence. What kind of EVIL company takes away a life sustaining device because the person had technical issues?! I guess I have to purchase a machine outright if I'm going to survive! I'm disgusted! Edit: A month later and the only calls I have gotten fro AdaptHealth are demands for their machine back. They have my phone number now and still ZERO offer of any support whatsoever! No "hey Bill, we notice from the CPAP data that you are having problems with the fit of your mask...let's see what we can do." Just..."you are non-compliant and we want our machine back." Maybe I need a different style mask maybe I need help adjusting straps maybe there is an issue with the machine itself. They also won't allow me to order supplies because of the "non-compliance". So, the filter is dirty, the Velcro on the headgear is losing effectiveness, sometimes the airline pops out of the headgear. This company doesn't care about the health of others, they only care about getting paid by the insurance company.
