After 4 months of neglect by Ft Myers Air and three MD orders being sent, (12/9/2020 to 3/9/2023) Adapthealth picked up my Drs request.They quickly and efficiently arranged an appointment, training on use and fitting of my equipment. They were kind and professional. I felt confident any issues or questions would addresses by the staff.

Everyone was professional and went beyond the normal to help. Delivering person, Cody was exceptional. Keep up the good work.

I was prescribed a CPAP machine through Adapt Health in July 2022. On the initial call I was told I had to provide a credit or debit card on file otherwise I could not get the machine and I had to make a deposit which I did and told them I had concern since I had medical insurance. They kept billing me $1000 + charging 2 or 3 different monthly fees which they say are for supplies and the machine. When I call they would transfer me around and sometimes disconnected. After 6 months of back and forth calling I called my insurance company who demanded that they submit the payment to them as they were already sending them other payments. To this day I don't understand what I am being charged for And no one can fully explain. They change company or billing services without notifying me and removed my payment information then send me late invoices. Now they recently charged me almost $350 for CPAP machine and supplies even though they are already deducting funds from my credit card for supplies which means they are duplicating charges. They tell me that is the copay for the machine even though they said they have not received payment from my insurance company. They say its the deductible but how would they know what it is without submitting it to the insurance company. It looks like they want to charge me another $1000 for another year. I am just fed up with dealing with Adapt Health and going to speak with my insurance company and my doctor. This is the worst experience ever.
