I have been using the freestyle libre 2 now for over a year. First with another company that was not in my insurance network. Then found adapt health was so switched now 6 months ago. First of all my script is for 90 days. I get 84 days as per insurance reasons. Which means I am not being monitored for 2 weeks before I get the next shipment. I have to call them in order to get them reordered by the 12th every 30 days. Then it takes them another week to check if I am eligible. After 2 shipments I would say I obviously am. Then they order it and ship it. Why bother. They charge Medicare and my insurance for 6 sensors 84 days. Cain't order for another week. Then it takes another week or longer before I even get them . I can get test strips covered by my Medicare and insurance for free and automatically get every 90 days. This Business is the worst I have ever delt with . And will be looking for one that is better to serve my needs if I have any more issues.

Please go to face book and look up the page Adapt Health Scam and share your story. Adapt Health needs to be held accountable. They are putting together a case against Adapt Health for fraudulent charges and there is power with numbers. Based on reviews it seems like there are a lot of you who have been charged fraudulently and never received a resolution. This has to stop. Adapt Health for charging my credit card without consent, for trying to send me more supplies after I have explicitly stated to never contact me again, I get my supplies somewhere else, they continue to harass me and keep sending me more bills. They are also still trying to process my CGM with my health insurance after I told them to stop. My insurance covers my diabetic supplies 100%. I received a bill saying "Your insurance does not cover this". I was promised a refund from a charge back in August and am still waiting on it. That was after spending 50+ hours trying to get a refund. They are trying to get me to pay more for something I never received. This company is fraudulent and a billion dollar company that cannot process a simple refund is ridiculous. Reading your reviews, it seems there are a lot more people that this has happened to. It needs to stop.
