Company advised approval of equipment, and gave the date and time range for delivery. The driver called before arriving and arrived in time window. The professional delivery person came to see space for equipment first, I brought recycle bin to truck that as your professional unboxed the pieces the boxes were placed in the bins. The professional assembled the equipment, showed how to use it and as the mattress was not packed at company, drove back to company and made return trip to complete the hospital bed. Your professional I believe named Christopher was polite, respectful and knowledgeable.
