Very good! I like service!

This company is a JOKE. They cannot keep their billing straight or follow simple instructions. Every time I place an order, they send me the wrong thing, then after I return it, they continue to send me bills. They call my house incessantly to try to get me to buy supplies, which is ridiculous and annoying. A member of the household has trouble sleeping, so I asked REPEATEDLY that they not call until noon or later. I was told (repeatedly) that a note had been placed on the account with those instructions, but they continued to call multiple times a week between 8-9 a.m.. When my fiancee called in and asked them to NEVER call the house again because of this, she spoke to a rep named Angela, who gave her attitude, and said, "Excuse me, whoever you are . ." as if she was some sort of imposter. She also refused to put our number on the Do Not Call list until she spoke to me, which is ridiculous because I had just spoken to them 3 days prior and told them that I did not need any supplies and to stop calling my house before noon. These people have NO IDEA what they are doing.

I do not agree with the rating. Since December I have canceled my reorder service with Adapt Health New England health at least four times. They still ask me to reorder. Have invoice me three times and agreed three times that I owe them nothing. Say they are waiting for one part of their organization to tell the billing part of their organization that I returned the goods by UPS... Goods I never ordered. It is time management cleaned up their operations

Pedro delivered our equipment promptly and was very professional explaining everything very well, answering our questions to make it easy to understand and giving us confidence in the working of the equipment.

I was late for my appointment, Kelly still took me and she was very personal and professional. She really made me feel like she cared and did a great job explaining everything with my CPAP.

Adapthealth is appreciated for their attention to customer service and response time. My technician, is a key player in my customer service rating of the company. The gentlemen is a true asset to Adapthealth. I am very pleased with the service I receive from them as well as on line billing and ease of payment.

Great staff end-to-end. The lady i worked with took her time to explain and to set me up.
