I was very nervous about starting this therapy. She explained everything so thoroughly and answered all questions. Made me feel comfortable and ensured I was fully informed before leaving appointment.

When the people came to pick up the items from hospice my son said, the gentleman was very nice, however the woman with him was very nasty and threw the O2 canister on the garage floor. I'm sorry, but my mother just passed and having to deal with someone as unprofessional as she was is very upsetting. You need to find staff with empathy and professionalism.

I am a regular CPAP user and their response to equipment failures after 5 years of continuous use the machine just stopped working the next day I had a replacement and a house visit. Their drivers and office staff have a clear intention to help and provide services as authorized by your prescriptions. After an emergency surgery I was unable to breathe through my nose and they delivered oxygen and an oxygen generator in less than two hours. This commitment to service and quality and care deserves recognition
