I found my phone call with Shannon was very very helpful. She was very patient and detailed with her information which I appreciate it a great deal. I had my questions answered and things explained very thoroughly. She did a wonderful job and going over everything and she accommodated calling me back when a doctor appointment conflicted in the middle of our session

Called Reliable Med as my husband's portable oxygen tank wasn't working right The repair man was out completing his list. The lady I was talking to said she would contact him. About and hour or two the gentleman stopped by our house with a new unit. I couldn't be happier. That is what I call super service. Thank you Reliable Med Pat Stent

Five star service. I learned how to operate my new medical equipment with a kind, informative professional today. They met me at my home and taught me the in/outs of settings, maintenance and supply ordering. Very helpful.

Scheduled for delivery for pass Monday and window time 2pm to 5pm. Waited this whole time and no one called to show up. Called the company to confirm address and phone number and they said by 7 pm. No showed again. Called the next day, they said we canceled and rescheduled for Wednesday from 12pm to 5pm. No showed again. Now they said my daughter called to reschedule for Friday. I don’t have a daughter. Every time they make up stories. I am really frustrated it is hard to take care of an elderly that is sick and has to get this stress from them. Raven on the phone promised I will get the delivery yesterday but someone called and said we have a different address on file. I called a total of 10 time if not more and every they they confirmed my address and phone number. They can’t do it yesterday and will be schedule for today at 11 am to 1 pm. Let see what is their story this time.
