The notification of the wheel chair delivery by Lindsay, and the information regarding payment options was very well communicated. The delivery itself by Adam was on time and the totality of the chairs functioning was well demonstrated.

Delivery was right on time and delivery man was very good! Unfortunately, when ordering a two-wheel walker, the rep said I could order one with brakes. I did. The walker delivered has no brakes, and the delivery man said two-wheel walkers don’t come with brakes. So who is correct??

My appointment was scheduled for 11:00am and staff was right on schedule to see me. Amy was the technician that explained the operation and maintenance of my CPAP machine. She was very thorough and friendly.

Hayden was very explanatory when going over the cpap machine parts and functions, which was very helpful. Morgan, who helped get my billing through before my new insurance plan year started was also awesome! I appreciate the care the whole team took with me.

AERO In DSM Iowa get you to buy uneeded filters, humidity case and charge you twice as much. They keep over charging you monthly for filters with huge added costs. This is a scam.
