I have had a difficult time since I got my machine. The billing department couldn’t even process my automatic payments several times. I never changed my banking information! Also, I was told if I completed the required percentage of usage within a 3 month period I could purchase the CPAP machine(and not rent it). Now the company is telling me it was a 12 month rental! Who in their right mind would pay to rent a machine for 12 months and then turn around and pay the purchase price again? Nothing but issues. This machine can be purchased for $1,000 online. I would recommend that option. Stay away from AdaptHealth.

Aside from having to leave work in the middle of the day. I could have just brought the machine to work and had consult there with minimal job interruption

After a long wait we finally were able to get it all together and get my Dad his CPap machine! The ladies are very friendly and do their best to settle my Dads nerves and push the process through with insurance. Hoping for much success with this machine

From info over the phone with Sean.....friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, to Jamie at delivery and set up of a hospital bed...timely, polite, capable...we are impressed with the service. Recommended!

Overbilling and not explaining why. Just excuses with no explanation as to how suddenly my bill increased to three times what I was paying when I had no change in my insurance.
