Stay away from this company. They lied when I received my c-Pac machine. Said it would be paid for and I would own it in a year. Now their saying another 6 months. They bill you for supplies and rental fees before they even hear from your insurance company. I think their trying to double dip. They never answer their phone so you can’t talk to anyone to get your issues resolve. STAY AWAY

Tyson came out today. He was professional and patient. He answered all of my questions, and put me at ease.

The woman that scheduled the appt was more than pleasant. Ed was the Tech that i met in Concord NH was pleasant and informative.

Friendly and welcoming attitude from beginning to the end of the appointment. Very informative and open to questions and concerns.

Frank was great. However, I continue to have problems with the new oxygen machine that he brought to replace the old one (that I had prob with). I have called this am and spoke with Shawn in Rutland office and he has assured me that there will be f/u with situation today.
